Nas Semanas de 5 a 16 de maio tivemos as visitas das Professoras Mariya Ivanova, Plamena Pencheva-Hadzhiradeva, e Daniela Yordanova, da Faculty of Economics, Department of Management, St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. Ao abrigo do programa Erasmus Staff Mobility for Teaching apresentaram as palestras “Teams and their meaning for the organization”, “The role of the leader and their relationship with the team”, “Тhe importance of the leader in achieving effective management in modern organizations”, “Тhe relationship between the leader and team formation”, “Overview of the essence of organizational crisis management” e “Status and opportunities for innovative management of the public sector in Bulgaria” que foram bastante enriquecedoras para os nossos estudantes.
