The discipline of Commercial Law intends to familiarize the students with the fundamental concepts and tools of the commercial activity. Particularly, students should be able to:
- Identify the legal acts related to the commercial activity;
- Classify the various existing commercial acts;
- Identify the legal and commercial subjects;
- Know the most relevant contracts for the commercial activity;
- Know the different types of companies foreseen in the Portuguese legal system, identify the main type differences and its practical importance.
