This course seeks to provide its participants with managerial and human skills that enable them to confidently deal with the challenge of total quality. To this end, participants will be exposed to various topics including social policy, quality management, strategic management, people management, project management and quality references in Third Sector Organizations. Participants are also given the opportunity to apply the skills acquired through a project.
At the end of this Graduate Program, participants should be able to:
- Respond to quality management challenges in Third Sector Organizations;
- Apply models and techniques to manage and improve quality in Third Sector Organizations;
- Streamline and implement quality programs and systems in Third Sector Organizations.
