The general objective is to introduce a set of basic knowledge in the area of ​​management, administration and organization of health units, allowing the creation of a volunteer group as well as the coordination of the exercise of small and medium-sized activities.

At the end of this Advanced Training, participants should be able to:

• Plan, organize, direct and control organizations in the health field;
• Apply models and techniques to manage and improve organizations' systems;
• View management as a way of integrating processes, technology and people.

This first module of an Advanced Training in Management of Small Health Units equips its students with basic skills inducing a differentiated positioning, through the more efficient and effective management of competitive organizations, with the application of acquired knowledge about practical management tools , organization and leadership.
