The purpose of this course is to prepare students for financial decision-making in a corporate environment. The subjects of study include basic concepts and instruments related to corporate finance, financial management and capital markets; economic and financial analysis of companies; real and financial investment decisions, capital structure and corporate financing. Students must become familiarized with the use of the methodologies and techniques designed to address these concerns in a corporate and capital market environments.
