The strategic perspective in which the HR has a primary role of deliver competencies needed for business was used to establish the objectives. Therefore, the students should be able to:
- Relate the HR Function with the organization business and, as well, with the social, political and economic environment within the organization operates;
- Critically examine the main models of HRM;
- Define the HRM core practices, including relationship facilitation, the leadership process, performance management and change management;
- Critically analyze HRM case studies;
- Relate practical situations with theoretical framework.
