The law, particularly labour law, is a fundamental tool in the management of human assets. Thus, with the discipline of Law in Human Resource Management is intended that the students achieve the following objectives:
- Knowledge of fundamental legal parameter that regulate the working relationship within a company or organization;
- Understanding of the general line of twining and execution of the work contract;
- Identification of the rights and duties of workers under the labour relationship;
- Expertise in the conduct of disciplinary proceedings.
