The discipline of Labor Law intends to familiarize the students with the fundamental concepts and tools of the legal labor relations. Particularly, students should be able to:
- Identify the legal acts related to the legal labor relations;
- Classify the various employment bonds;
- Know the various existing labor contracts;
- Identify the most relevant rights and duties of the employment subjects (employer and worker);
- Know the different types of labor contracts termination, identify the main type differences and its requirements and legal regime.
