This curricular unit has as objectives: the acquisition of fundamental knowledge about the Organization / Work Management and on the behavior of / on Organizations at various levels: individual, group and organizational, with the creation of spaces for self-knowledge, for reflection, enabling the linking of theory and practice and personal development.
