This course aims to provide knowledge and learning experiences so that students can: acquire introductory knowledge about the main concepts and theories that seek to explain the activity carried out by subjects in the context of interaction; broaden and deepen the understanding of the processes and group dynamics; analyze the problems of the individual-group-organization-community, through self-knowledge, understanding of the perceptive process, the formation of attitudes, the causal attribution of cognitive dissonance and group influence; understand the subjectivity and multidimensionality of the concept of quality of life and its relation to mental health; analyze different approaches to psychosocial risks at work; raise awareness of the importance of meeting sustainable development goals, primarily gender equality, quality health and reducing inequalities.
