  1. Understanding the complementarities between: Accounting Systems and Systems;
  2. Planning and Management Control System, and between them and the budget;
  3. Recognize the terminology and understand the terms used in Management Control System and the Budget;
  4. Develop and analyze the different types of budgets;
  5. Prepare the demonstration of forecast estimates and forecast balance sheet;
  6. Calculate and analyze different types of deviations;
  7. Prepare a balance scorecard and a tableau bord;
  8. Analyze the role of the management controller.
