The general objective is to develop a set of knowledge that allows the creation of a volunteer group as well as the coordination of the exercise of the activity.

As specific objectives, it is intended to provide trainees with the possibility of:

• Reflect on the importance of Volunteering for people and organizations;
• Deepen knowledge about the legal and ethical framework of Volunteering;
• Understand the stages of constitution of a Volunteer Program;
• Develop the skills necessary to assume the role of Coordinator of a volunteer group.
