Assistant Professor at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, director of the Masters in Finance at Catolica Porto Business School. PhD in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster and Master in Finance from the Catholic University of Portugal, he was a lecturer and guest researcher at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). His research and publishing interests are primarily in the areas of capital structures, real options, real estate finance, and household finance. Ricardo Cunha is also a financial consultant for public and private entities.
