In the economies of developed countries, the services sector has a significant weight in wealth creation and employment (about 70% and 60%, respectively). Service provider organizations have their own specificities regarding the development and management of services. However, these organizations are often unable to achieve the desired performance due to the shortage of qualified professionals in the field.

The Post-Graduate Course in Service Management intends to fill this gap, equipping its participants with managerial, technological and human skills that allow them to respond to the needs felt by the labor market. To this end, participants will be exposed to a multidisciplinary set of topics in the area of service management, including human resources, economics, strategy, technologies, operations and marketing. Participants are also given the opportunity to apply the skills acquired through a project.
