This curricular unit has as its general objective the analysis and organizational diagnosis, from a perspective of change and innovation, for subsequent intervention planning.Specifically, the students should be able to:
- Understand the factors that determine / influence human development in organizations;
- Reflect on and discuss the processes of communication, motivation, leadership and learning from the perspective of organizational change and innovation;
- Acquire knowledge and know intervene in the following areas: empowerment, organizational learning / knowledge management, change and innovation in organizations.
- Promote reflection on sustainable development goals, primarily on the ninth, build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation.
