Assistant Professor at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, being Director of the Institute of Management and Health Organizations, where he coordinates the Bachelor and Master courses in Management. He published 2 books, 4 book chapters, about 70 articles in specialized magazines and 4 works in events. Received 1 national award. He participated in the organization of several dozen events and made more than 20 oral presentations at Conferences and Seminars. He works mainly in the areas of Social Sciences, with emphasis on the areas of Economics and Management, Educational Sciences and Other Social Sciences, being a specialist in Quantitative Methods. In these areas, he supervised a doctoral thesis and more than 30 Master's dissertations and participated in nearly three hundred Master's juries. He is a researcher at the Center for Administration and Public Policy (CAPP) at the University of Lisbon and at the Center for Human Development Studies (CEDH) at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. In the past, he also worked in the areas of Engineering and Technology with an emphasis on Chemical Engineering and Exact Sciences with an emphasis on Chemistry. In his professional activities, he interacted with around 50 collaborators co-authoring scientific works.
